Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery can take 1 to 5 working days. Currently, we only ship Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda and our shipping policies are:

Shipping Costs

Nairobi

Free Shipping for orders above Kshs 100,000.00
Economy Shipping (Up to 5 Working Days) Kshs 400.00
Express Shipping (1-2 Working Days) Kshs 800.00 shipping charge for any order amount.

Estimated Delivery Time (Nairobi): 1 – 3 Working Days

Once delivery is scheduled and has left our warehouse and is then refused by the customer and/or the customer is not available at the time/location agreed upon, an extra delivery charge may be applied. We will call to confirm the day before and on the day of the delivery before we ship your order.

Please note, the time frame given above is an estimate based on normal conditions and circumstances.

We do not service remote areas, check with us before placing the order and we will advise the nearest offices of our third-party courier partners. Additional delivery charges may apply if your location is in a remote area.

Installation Services
We offer assembly and installation services at a fee. The charge will depend with site location, number, and type of fixtures to be installed.

We do not offer assembly and/or installation services for clients outside Nairobi not unless a pre-agreed exception/contract exists.

Storage Policy
For store pickup or delivery, if we are asked to store the order or delay the delivery by more than 30 days from the transaction date.
